Advocate of the truth (the inalienable, unalterable, I-am-always- learning-from-it-kind)
“Let us accept truth, even when it surprises us and alters our views.” -George Sand
Lover of peace, the internal kind (a prerequisite for the external kind), which actually doesn’t need to be sought, although, it seems that is how we usually get started.
“Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.” -Unknown
One of my favorite quotes:
“Men Cannot see their reflection in running water, but only in still water. Only that which is itself still can still the seekers of stillness.” -Chuang Tzu
I live in Boulder, Colorado.
Married to the man of my dreams. BTW, he is a saint.
“Your profession is not what you do for a living. Your profession is what you were put on earth to do, with such passion and such intensity that it becomes spiritual in calling.” ~Vincent Van Gogh
favorite color Kailua Bay Blue (that’s somewhere between sage and turquoise)
Love: the rain, Dan’s big green eyes
favorite sounds: waves, wind through Aspen leaves, coyotes howling, crickets & frogs & cicadas pulsing on a steamy southern evening (I grew up in the south), the owl (mmm….the owl…I might actually love the owl more than I love my husband)
I could spend a year in the desert (hmmm…good idea, maybe some day I will)
Dream: Be a beekeeper
Be Happy

I personally have to thank you for coming into my life.
What you wrote today was a direct response to a question I asked of my spirit last night.
What you wrote in your post today Observation Day gave me a tool, I knew was somewhere. Glad I found it here.
I want to absorb everything you have written to uncover more things that will ensure that I am not a slave to my writing and feeling unhappy about it.
I know I have a message for the world, always have, and your timing was perfect.
This is what I refer to as a serendipitous encounter and also information serendipity, which I have written about on my blog Mike on the road.
Your comment was so direct and to the point I thought you were kidding, but I then knew you were not. Then I looked further and found ME again.
Thank You!
Kindest,
Michael

Molly, I just found your blog and want to say I’ve enjoyed what I’ve read so far. I’m new to this blogging stuff and so far have enjoyed it. I found you by searching on meditation and see we have some favorite authors in Rumi and Coelho. I like your title as I have a t-shirt that says, “The destiny is the journey.”
I was raised in the Loveland and Fort Collins area. Moved to Columbus, Ohio this past June due to work. Miss the mountains!

Miss Molly Kate,
I have just taken my first look at your blog site. Miss Britt provided the address for me, as I thought about it. I like what I’ve read so far, and went back over maybe a week’s worth of postings.
I am drawn to your thoughts and mainly wonder if I can really reach the kinds of inner spaces you describe, and visit regularly. I think I may be too ingrained in my ways to shift so radically at this point.
As added comment, the quality of your writing seems good to me, though I am no expert! The site itself seems well put together, and appealing, though I have NO frame of reference as I’ve never visited a blog like this before.
So, I’m glad I took a look and will make a point of visiting it more in the future.
Thanks for sharing yourself w/ all of us!
Bobby

Uncle B,
You definitely could if you wanted to. The practice of meditation undoes alot of doing. Doing that seems hard to transcend. I am here for you. Love you, Molly

Hello Molly,
I read a comment of yours here

Wisdom and meditation can heal most of our pains hitting our souls and hearts.
Just looking at you, and one can feel how beautiful must be your soul.
I agree also with what you say about owls..
Also, I will ask the same question as Radha.
how does the the blue, “kailuha bay” look like ?

I really do think you’ve got a great blog–I enjoy reading your posts (though I only commented on the last one), and I am looking forward the next!
Just a suggestion though: I found the SNAP PREVIEW popping out on mouseover on a link feels disturbing. My joy of exploring your blog was diminished by the fact that previews popped out of control when I moved my cursor around or when I was about to click a link. I really think it would be better to remove the SNAP PREVIEW altogether.
Just my opinion though. Anyway, with it or without it, I think I will come back eventually
cheers.
